About the Opportunity

Our Melbourne Operations team is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join the business in a full-time, office-based role. In this role you will report to the Customer Experience Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include:

- Monitor and review novated lease budgets for contracts.

- Negotiate and prepare variations on behalf of consultants.

- Manage lease contracts, ensuring a portfolio of contracts are reviewed and updates to existing contracts are recorded within case management systems maintaining confidentiality and integrity.

- Stay up to date with legislative changes regarding novated leasing or Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) legislation and make adjustments as required.

- Provide support to clients, aiding in any queries regarding their novated lease contract, making sure they are making informed decisions about their leasing arrangement.

- Maintain a positive relationship with external stakeholders, ensuring all aspects of entitlements are upheld as part of the leasing contract.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- A degree or diploma in Finance, Business or a related discipline

- Previous experience within the fleet management, novated leasing or salary packaging industry

- Minimum one years' experience in contract administration or contract management

- Strong Microsoft 365 skills

- Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities

- Strong negotiation, problem-solving and active listening skills

- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- A collaborative mindset and enjoyment of working as part of a team

- Availability to work on-site in our Melbourne office Monday to Friday
