About the Role

To ensure that all Leicestershire County Councils properties are serviced and tested to statutory requirements. This will involve raising service contract and statutory testing orders to framework work contractors. Annalise reports and arrange for any recommendations to be carried out in a timely and efficient manner. Keep records of all orders raised and file reports within the current IT system. manage the Academy managed service scheme, liaising with academies using this service to ensure compliance.

  • To ensure servicing and statutory testing orders are raised, act on recommendations from reports providing updates on compliance to the Regulatory Compliance Manager.
  • Managing and Maintaining information for Academies that relate to Building Works, Health and Safety and Regulatory compliance to ensure LCC Landlord duties are being completed.
  • Managing and monitoring Framework and Select List contracts including monitoring of KPI information provided by Contractors on Frameworks providing performance management data. Liaising with clients through meetings with key personnel at their premises to provide customer feedback.
  • Preparation and presentation of reports for consideration by senior management.
  • To assist in the Tender preparation and evaluation of Frameworks for Hard FM including Specialist Services.
  • Liaising with Academies and managing databases for Hard FM’s managed services. Providing service level agreements and raising invoices for Hard FM’s services.

About You

To apply for this post, you must:

  • Business Administration qualification NVQ Level 3 or significant experience in contract supervision. Developing, establishing and maintaining electronic knowledge and information tracking systems
  • Knowledge of Academy Schools and the managed Service scheme
  • Operation of administrative systems and procedures in a Quality Assured environment.
  • Monitoring and maintaining financial records and in providing reports and management information
  • Experience in contract supervision and analysing KPI’s
  • Influencing the actions and decisions of others through effective advice and guidance
  • Good verbal communication skills including dealing with contractors and the public.
