Growing Commercial Team supporting expanding location operations.

Projects include defense, refurbishments, remediation, cladding and heritage projects valued around $25 million.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and improve Contract Administration mechanisms
• Ensure all reporting required by the client, including status, project, program, and risk reports, all have sufficient content and are submitted on time
• Commercial review of Head Contracts, MSA’s and Agreements
• Provide support and work with upper management to ensure project commercial requirements and outcomes are met
• Implement and support of subcontract management processes
• Liaise with key stakeholders internally and externally
• Work with the Commercial team to ensure ongoing development and training

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience in commercial contract administration
• Head Contract Management
• Sub Contract Management

Qualifications and Requirements

• Police Clearance
