Let’s Talk about the Role
Contracts Administration will hold wing-to-wing ownership for the timely delivery of customer orders, ensuring a smooth transition from order placement to final payment collection.
You will act as the primary point of contact for complex contract requirements, working in close collaboration with global manufacturing units, finance teams, and customers to ensure operational excellence and commercial compliance.
By managing the end-to-end order lifecycle, you will be instrumental in maintaining high service standards and driving process efficiencies that keep our energy projects moving forward.
How You Will Make a Difference
• Driving the timely processing and verification of customer orders to ensure alignment with technical specifications and commercial agreements.
• Managing the end-to-end logistics and export process to ensure goods are delivered accurately and compliantly to our customers.
• Leading the coordination between internal manufacturing units and external suppliers to expedite delivery schedules and resolve bottlenecks.
• Ensuring precise invoicing and facilitating proactive cash collection in alignment with agreed payment terms.
• Fostering strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, and Marketing, to provide seamless support and solve complex queries.
• Improving existing workflows by identifying opportunities to optimize order processing and implement creative, practical solutions for our customers.
Skills for Success
You should be a detail-oriented professional with a customer-focused mindset, featuring:
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.
• An understanding of commercial contract principles, international shipping documentation, and export logistics.
• Expertise in navigating ERP systems to manage order data, invoicing, and reporting accurately.
• The capability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive results and resolve issues.
• A keen interest in continuous improvement and identifying ways to enhance service delivery.
A formal education with GCSEs in English and Maths is a great foundation, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements. We value practical expertise in order fulfilment, finance, and contract administration.
