Lila is looking for a hands-on Site Services Coordinator to support day-to-day operations at the 10 Wilson site. This role keeps the workplace running smoothly by managing incoming and outgoing packages, maintaining site supply areas, coordinating routine facilities support, and helping employees get what they need to work effectively.

This person will work closely with employees, vendors, lab teams, and site operations partners to keep shared spaces organized, stocked, and functional. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, comfortable moving between tasks, and able to follow through across multiple systems and teams.

What You'll Be Building

• Deliver and check in incoming packages, mail, and site orders.
• Maintain mail racks and notify employees about received packages.
• Prepare outgoing packages for courier pickup and shipment.
• Asset tag new equipment using the CMMS system.
• Order and maintain selected lab consumables and supplies through Prendio.
• Replenish snacks, dishes, pantry items, and shared kitchen supplies.
• Refill PPE stations throughout the site.
• Support vendor, equipment, and cleaning activity across the workplace.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Experience in office operations, facilities, site services, lab operations, or a similar hands-on support role.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort handling packages, supplies, equipment, and physical site tasks.
• Ability to communicate clearly with employees, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
• Comfort using workplace tools, ticketing systems, or inventory systems.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-moving environment.
• Reliable follow-through and a service-oriented approach to employee support.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with CMMS, Prendio, or similar workplace operations systems.
• Experience supporting lab, R&D, or technical workplace environments.
• Familiarity with shipping, receiving, vendor coordination, or facilities workflows.
• Comfort using Slack or similar communication tools for employee updates.
