We are looking forward to hire SAP EPPM Professionals in the following areas :

We are seeking an experienced SAP EPPM Consultant to support a major SAP S/4HANA upgrade from the 2020 version to the 2025 release. The consultant will be responsible for assessing existing EPPM processes, performing impact analysis, validating business processes, supporting testing activities, and ensuring successful transition of project management functionalities during the upgrade.

Key Responsibilities

Upgrade Assessment & Planning:

• Analyse existing SAP EPPM, Project Systems (PS), Portfolio Management, and Project Management configurations.
• Perform fit-gap and impact analysis for S/4HANA 2025 innovations and simplifications.
• Review custom developments, enhancements, interfaces, reports, and Fiori applications related to EPPM.
• Identify potential risks and remediation activities before upgrade.

Configuration & Functional Support

• Configure and support SAP EPPM components including:
• Project Management
• Portfolio Management
• Project Systems (PS)
• Resource Management
• Financial Planning & Budgeting
• Project Cost Planning and Monitoring

Validate integration with:

• SAP FICO
• SAP MM
• SAP SD
• SAP HCM/SuccessFactors (if applicable)
• SAP PPM and CPM solutions

Testing & Validation

• Prepare and execute Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.
• Validate project structures, WBS elements, networks, milestones, budgeting, and settlement processes.
• Ensure project reporting and analytics function correctly after upgrade.
• Support defect resolution and root cause analysis.

Data & Integration Validation

• Validate master data and transactional data migration.
• Verify project hierarchies, open projects, commitments, budgets, and actual costs.
• Ensure interface compatibility with third-party applications and SAP modules.

Cutover & Hypercare

• Support cutover planning and execution activities.
• Assist business users during go-live and hypercare support.
• Provide knowledge transfer and documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in SAP EPPM / SAP Project Systems (PS).
• Experience with S/4HANA upgrades and conversion projects.
• Knowledge of Project Management, Portfolio Management, Resource Management, and Financial Planning.
• Experience with SAP Fiori Apps related to EPPM.
• Understanding of SAP Activate methodology.
• Strong integration knowledge with FICO, MM, SD, and Procurement processes.
• Experience in testing, defect management, and business process validation.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP EPPM or SAP PS Certification.
• Experience in S/4HANA 2023/2025 environments.
• Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or Embedded Analytics.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
