CRM - Project Operations - Resource Profile Request

1. Position Overview

Experience Level 5+ years in Dynamics 365 CRM

2. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customizations in Dynamics 365 CRM, including forms, business rules, workflows, and plugins.
• Configure and manage Project Operations modules for project management, resource scheduling, and billing.
• Set up and troubleshoot Dual Write for real-time synchronization between Dynamics 365 CRM and Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript and CSS.
• Build and optimize Power Automate Flows for automation of business processes.
• Implement data integration batch jobs and ensure data integrity using SQL and Dataverse.
• Integrate CRM with external systems such as Power BI (PBI), Finance & Operations (F&O), and Power Apps.
• Manage DevOps pipelines for CI/CD in Dynamics 365 environments.
• Perform testing, debugging, and deployment of solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.

4. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Microsoft Certifications: PL-200, PL-400, MB-200/240 (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments.
• Excellent communication skills.

5. Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI).
• Knowledge of Azure services for integrations.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
