Position Summary

Lead overall contract performance for Mission Delta 6's Enterprise Cybersecurity & Cyberspace Operations Support (ECCOS) effort. The CPM is accountable for service delivery, workforce readiness, Government coordination, risk management, continuity, subcontractor performance, and the quality and timeliness of all contract deliverables.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Direct day-to-day contract operations and ensure performance aligns with PWS requirements, schedules, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary contractor liaison to the Contracting Officer (CO), Government Program Manager (GPM), and other Government leadership.
  • Maintain clear organizational lines of authority and oversee subcontractor performance, issue resolution, and accountability.
  • Provide timely management updates, briefings, risk notifications, staffing status, and decision-quality information to Government leadership.
  • Ensure qualified personnel are recruited, cleared, trained, scheduled, retained, and available to meet mission requirements.
  • Oversee crisis-continuity support and mission-essential workforce planning to sustain uninterrupted operations.
  • Establish management controls that ensure deliverables are complete, accurate, on time, and responsive to Government expectations.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field; equivalent directly relevant experience may be considered.
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible program/contract management experience, including at least 5 years managing DoD technical or cybersecurity programs.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex staffing, performance, risk, schedules, customer coordination, and contract deliverables.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to maintain required access.
  • Ability to satisfy applicable DoD 8140 workforce requirements.
  • Strong executive communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder-engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Prior experience supporting U.S. Space Force or comparable DoD cyber/technical missions.

Note: The anticipated salary range for this contingent upon award position is $170K-$195K annually. The final offered salary will be determined by the candidate's specific qualifications, relevant experience, location, and the final funding level approved by the client upon contract award.
