Advantest America, a leading Semiconductor Test and Measurement Company, is seeking a Mechanical Engineering contractor to assist project technical leads with all aspects of mechanical design and product development of semiconductor automated test equipment. This engineering intern will primarily work with Solidworks to design mechanical parts and assemblies, generate associated drawings and documentation, perform FEA and tolerance analysis to evaluate mechanical designs. This contractor will also assist project technical leads in executing DoEs during the investigation phase of product development and validation activities during the qualification of products. This position is located at our headquarters in San Jose, CA.
