What can you expect from this position?
Through a partner agency, the Contractor, Executive Recruiter will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Toronto Pearson Airport. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment of executive and senior leadership talent across the organization. As a trusted advisor to senior leaders and executives, you will drive strategic talent acquisition initiatives, build diverse and high-impact leadership pipelines, and ensure an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience.
Reporting to the Executive Director, Talent and Transformation, this role partners closely with the Executive Leadership Team, HR Business Partners, and external search partners to deliver best-in-class executive hiring outcomes.
