The Contractor Database Reporting Manager will support the North Saipan Temporary Roofing project which performs temporary roofing repairs on structures that were damaged by Typhoon Sinlaku. The Contractor Database Reporting Manager is responsible for handling all work order coordination between the contractor and the government. The Database Reporting Manager shall be on call 24 hours per day, seven days per week and shall have electronic linkage capability for transmitting and receiving relevant data.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Taking before and after photos of all areas where work is performed to include debris removal and damaged area. All photos shall be uploaded in the required database provided unless otherwise directed by the USACE Representative.
  • Update statuses of assigned work-orders in the required database before mid-night, daily
  • Attend event planning meetings, if required by the Government.
  • Work order processing and quality control. Data entry, photo documentation, import and export to information system, pre-work investigations
  • Shall facilitate daily meetings and/or paperwork exchanges during periods of limited communications access.
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including report creation.
  • Must be available to respond on an on-call basis 24 hours per day, seven days per week
