An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Asphalt Supervisor to join our Transport & Infrastructure, Asphalt & Products business.
Reporting to the Surfacing Manager, you will lead and coordinate personnel, plant, suppliers and resources across asphalt projects and maintenance activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
You’ll be a hands-on leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills who can effectively coordinate crews and operations. You’ll be committed to safety, quality and delivering strong outcomes while building a positive and accountable team environment.
