Contract Workday Learning LMS Administrator | Enterprise Learning Operations (Remote, India | US Pacific Hours)

• Role Type: Contract (40 hours/week)

• Location: Fully Remote, India-based candidates only

• Working Hours: US Pacific Time Zone (night shift in India, full overlap required)

• Duration: 10 months to start, with potential to extend

We are hiring an experienced Workday Learning LMS Administrator to support a large enterprise learning environment transitioning from Saba to Workday Learning.

This is a highly operational, fast-paced role focused on supporting day-to-day learning administration, learner support, reporting, assignments, audits, and LMS operations in a global enterprise environment. The role requires full overlap with US Pacific Time working hours (starting approximately 9:30 AM Pacific).

We are looking for candidates who are dependable, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable supporting high-volume LMS operations independently.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Workday Learning administration and operations

• Manage learner assignments, enrollments, and completion tracking

• Support reporting, audits, and compliance-related LMS activities

• Troubleshoot learner access, assignment, and completion issues

• Support stakeholders, managers, instructors, and learners across global teams

• Maintain operational accuracy across LMS workflows and reporting

• Assist during transition activities from Saba to Workday Learning

• Utilize Excel for reporting, tracking, and operational analysis

• Experience supporting Workday Learning environments

• Strong LMS operations and learner administration experience

• Excellent communication and stakeholder support skills

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills

• Ability to work full US Pacific Time hours consistently from India

• Experience supporting enterprise or high-volume LMS environments preferred

• Saba LMS exposure is a plus, but Workday Learning experience is now the primary focus
