
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate and issue policies through the worldwide Zurich Multinational Network in accordance with agreed KPIs, delivering high‑quality service.
Communicate directly with underwriters, brokers and customers regarding service matters provided by the worldwide Zurich Multinational Network.
Communicate effectively within the worldwide Zurich Multinational Network to manage and resolve Multinational Insurance Program‑related issues (e.g. instructions, monitoring, policy issuance, and premium collection).
Handle multiple lines of business, including Property, Financial Lines, Casualty, Marine, and others.
Support ad‑hoc projects, duties, and system testing as assigned by Manager
Job Requirements
Degree / Diploma or above with minimum 3 years working experience in General Insurance program
Prior experience with multinational insurance programs, captives, and/or reinsurance accounting, is an asset
Previous working experience in underwriting an advantage
Good communication skill with quicker turnaround time and priority management skill
Open minded, ability to work with people from different backgrounds, countries and cultures
Eager to learn and discover new technical matters
Attention to detail (important for both for IT systems and policy documentation)
Ability to anticipate and to proactively look for the necessary information
Ability to deliver technical messages to colleagues located abroad
Able to work independently and under pressure
