The Contract Support & Customer Experience Manager plays a central role in supporting the smooth delivery of waste collection and resource recovery services to our high profile client.
Leading the Brisbane Collections administration team, this role is responsible for the day-to-day administration of contract documentation, client correspondence, and service performance reporting.
The post holder acts as a key point of contact for high profile client representatives, internal departments, and subcontractors, ensuring all contractual obligations are met, records are accurately maintained, and client enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.

Contract Management
Manage and maintain accurate records, documentation, and correspondence in line with client requirements and company policies
Oversee contract amendments, renewals, and reporting
Monitor compliance, KPIs, and deadlines to ensure all obligations are on time
Prepare and submit performance reports
Lead the development and continuous improvement of administration procedures
Customer Service
Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries relating to contract terms, service delivery, and performance.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with client representatives.
Coordinate with various departments (operations, finance, fleet, sub-contractors and HR)
Champion a customer-first approach across all contract administration activities

Recruitment and onboarding of new team members as required
Process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Demonstrable experience in contract administration (preferably within waste management or municipal services)
Experience in supervisory or leadership team management
Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office and contract management software
Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
