Job Description

Contract Support Assistant (Expert) Kaizen Approach is currently seeking a Contract Support Assistant (Expert) to provide advanced-level contract administration and acquisition support to the Office of the Procurement Executive. In this role, you’ll serve as a senior administrative resource supporting multiple contracting teams and high-value procurement efforts. You’ll coordinate complex modification packages, ensure compliance with federal acquisition regulations, and perform quality control across documentation and reporting systems. This position requires deep familiarity with contract administration processes and the ability to mentor junior staff while ensuring mission continuity within a fast-paced, classified environment.Requirements: 
  • Must possess exceptional communication and organizational skills with proven experience managing complex administrative workloads.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Must have ten (10) years of work experience with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Must have ten (10) years of administrative support experience, including correspondence, scheduling, and file management.
  • Must have six (6) years of experience in contracts, office administration, finance, or program administration.
  • Must have at least ten (10) years of experience with contract administration to qualify as an Expert CSA.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Active TS/SCI with ISSA clearance required.
