About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Storage Architect with strong expertise in enterprise storage architecture, SAN/NAS technologies, disaster recovery, storage migration, capacity planning, and performance optimization. The role will involve designing storage solutions across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments, with exposure to platforms such as Dell EMC, NetApp, HPE, IBM, and cloud storage.

Job Description

The Storage Architect will design and implement enterprise storage solutions and produce High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), architecture documentation, and implementation plans. The role covers storage modernization, consolidation, migration, replication, backup, and disaster recovery initiatives across large-scale environments.

The position requires collaboration with infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, database, and security teams to evaluate technologies, conduct architecture reviews, and address technical risks. The architect will also support POCs, technical workshops, customer discussions, and automation of storage operations using scripting and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design enterprise storage architectures for on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
• Develop HLDs, LLDs, architecture documents, and implementation plans.
• Evaluate and recommend storage platforms and solutions based on business requirements.
• Design SAN, NAS, object storage, replication, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Lead storage migration, modernization, consolidation, and transformation initiatives.
• Perform capacity planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and optimization.
• Define storage security, compliance, data protection, and governance standards.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, architecture reviews, POC support, and customer presentations.
