Job Description

The Part-Time Contract Pricing and Cost Analyst supports the organization in reviewing bid opportunities, developing pricing models, coordinating vendor pricing, and maintaining cost assumptions for products and services. This role combines cost accounting, spreadsheet analysis, procurement support, operational review, and ongoing contract oversight to help ensure proposals are accurate, complete, and aligned with organizational capacity.

The ideal candidate has a strong cost-accounting mindset and is able to break work down to the lowest cost component without missing key details. This person must be comfortable working with incomplete information, identifying assumptions, organizing messy data, and building clear, supportable pricing models. This role also helps monitor awarded work overtime to ensure pricing assumptions, operational processes, and contract requirements continue to be followed and updated as needed.
