
ASR International Corporation, a Small Business supporting Department of Defense and federal clients, is seeking experienced Contract Specialists to provide comprehensive acquisition support services to the 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron (1 SOCONS) at Hurlburt Field, Florida.
This is an outstanding opportunity to deliver cradle-to-grave federal contracting support in direct support of Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) missions.
The selected candidates will perform full contract administration functions—from requirements development and solicitation through award, administration, and closeout—while ensuring strict compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), Department of the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DAFFARS), DAF Contracting Compass, Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) policies, and all applicable regulations. This is a non-personal services position; contractors shall not perform inherently governmental functions.The Contract Specialist will provide technical and administrative acquisition support across the full contract lifecycle. Primary functions include pre-award planning and documentation, source selection assistance (non-voting), contract modifications and administration, invoice processing, performance monitoring (including CPARS support), and comprehensive contract closeout. All work must meet rigorous performance standards for accuracy (no more than two major revisions per month due to contractor error) and timeliness (95% of tasks completed by agreed suspense dates), with contract closeouts accomplished within 60 days of physical completion at 95% accuracy.
