  • Support business teams in identifying contractual risk, escalating significant issues to AMC attorneys with practical solutions and recommendations.

Project & Supply Chain Risk Connectivity

  • Elevate and help manage contractual risk across project scope and schedules, including milestones, delivery, acceptance, liquidated damages, changes and performance obligations.

  • Develop practical risk mitigations through scope, caps, carve-outs, insurance, supplier flow-downs, controls or commercial trade-offs.
  • Clearly explain contract positions and support customer discussions, pricing and deal structuring.
  • Collaborate globally with sales, operations, finance, quality, supply chain, cybersecurity and Legal.

Process Improvement & Team Support

  • Help maintain and improve contract templates, playbooks, fallback positions, escalation guidance and standard processes.
  • Support contract lifecycle management tools, records and reporting, while managing multiple matters through completion.
  • Identify recurring risks and recommend scalable solutions that help the business recognize issues earlier.
  • Support training on contracting fundamentals, company policy and when to engage Legal.
