Due to the sensitive nature of this role, you will be required to undergo DV (Developed Vetting) level Security Clearance ( https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/united-kingdom-security-vetting-clearance-levels/national-security-vetting-clearance-levels) An allowance of £5k per annum may be payable monthly while you hold this DV and continue to work in a role that requires that level of security clearance. The terms of this allowance will be made available if you are successful in being recruited into this role.

This role is responsible for the commercial and operational management of a complex business function, ensuring effective financial control, governance, supplier performance, risk management, and business operations. The role acts as a central coordination point across multiple internal and external stakeholders, driving operational excellence, maintaining robust controls, and supporting delivery against business objectives.
The successful candidate will oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial, financial, contractual, and operational activities, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks, managing risk, controlling cost, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency. The role requires strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex and evolving environment.
This job role can be based in Ipswich, Cheltenham, London or Manchester. Due to security requirements, this role requires you to be located on site during your working hours. Mon-Fri 37.5.DV Security Clearance is required. Must have lived in UK for 10+ years to obtain clearance.
