Legal SMEs are lawyers with IT background, specializing in intellectual property, cyber security, data protection, dispute and litigation, labor law, merger and acquisition, social law, export control, and corporate matters.
The specialist or expert deals with matters that keep the group running and issues that are of particular importance.

- Grade Specific

Demonstrates legal expertise in hisorher specific domain. Has a good judgment of when to escalate and when to seek guidance from hisorherortheir managers.
Works with the business teams and functions under supervision. Is able ability to organize and execute self development initiatives as well as for junior team members. Is able to prepare and provide legal related training to internal stakeholders.
