Team Spectrum is seeking a detail-oriented and highly dependable security professional to support sensitive compartmented information operations and special security functions. This role offers the opportunity to work at the center of secure program execution, helping ensure compliance, accountability, and mission continuity across classified environments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assists in operating the special security office and administering Sensitive Compartmented Information security programs for assigned facilities and supported units.
· Supports development and implementation of security procedures, techniques, and guidance for SCI operations across multiple security environments.
· Accounts for, controls, transmits, transports, packages, safeguards, and destroys SCI material in accordance with governing directives and contract requirements.
· Maintains DISS or successor systems to ensure accurate personnel security records and visit/access data under assigned cognizance.
· Assists with oversight of SCI personnel, information, physical, and technical security programs, including TEMPEST and related technical requirements.
· Supports nomination interviews, access validation, security briefings, indoctrinations, debriefings, and execution of other SCI personnel security actions.
· Conducts SCI security education, awareness, annual training, and required classification training while maintaining associated training records.
· Creates and destroys access badges and supports maintenance of badge rosters, alarmed facility access authorization records, and secure facility access lists.
· Assists with preparation, submission, maintenance, and implementation of facility accreditation packages, diagrams, checklists, and supporting documentation.
· Supports reporting and investigation of unauthorized disclosures, personnel security incidents, foreign travel actions, visitor certifications, and contractor SCI support activities.
Requirements
Required Experience:
· Minimum of two (2) years of working in a TS/SCI facility and one (1) year of security experience.
· Top Secret/SCI; NATO ACCM
