About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Engineer / Tech Lead with strong hands-on experience in Sitecore Content Hub, particularly across DAM, PCM, and MRM modules. The role involves leading Content Hub configuration, solution design, custom development, integrations, and production support for enterprise implementations. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, global teams, and integration teams.

Job Description

The role focuses on implementing and supporting Sitecore Content Hub configurations, including metadata schemas, taxonomies, gateways, content structures, workflows, security models, and portals. The engineer will translate business requirements into Content Hub solutions and lead configuration design and implementation discussions.

The position also includes developing custom React components and extending Content Hub through REST APIs, webhooks, and Connector Framework capabilities. The Tech Lead will support platform optimization, production troubleshooting, RCA, releases, upgrades, and change management activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and support of Sitecore Content Hub configurations.
• Design and maintain metadata schemas, taxonomies, gateways, and content structures.
• Configure asset lifecycle workflows, approval processes, governance controls, portals, and security models.
• Analyze business requirements and lead Content Hub solution design and implementation reviews.
• Develop and maintain custom React components within Sitecore Content Hub.
• Extend Content Hub using REST APIs, webhooks, and Connector Framework capabilities.
• Lead production troubleshooting, RCA, and defect resolution activities.
• Support platform releases, upgrades, technical planning, and continuous optimization.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of overall IT experience, including at least 4 years of hands-on experience with Sitecore Content Hub.
