As a Service Contract Sales Representative at Anton Paar Canada, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our service contract business by engaging customers, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored service solutions. Leveraging your excellent sales and relationship-building skills, you will proactively identify service contract opportunities, negotiate agreements, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities

  • Engage with existing customers to promote our service contract offerings.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of customer requirements and present customized service solutions.
  • Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing to secure profitable service contracts
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline, providing regular updates and reports to service management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and activity logs in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to the development of marketing materials, product positioning.

Qualifications

  • Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, particularly in a B2B (business-to-business) or B2C (business-to-consumer) sales environment, is typically preferred. Experience in selling service contracts or related products/services is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in technical sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively engage with customer at all levels.
  • Bilingualism French and English (the knowledge of English is required for this position, as the employee will be supporting English-speaking customers.)
  • Have the authorization to work in Canada.
  • Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, ability to close deal effectively.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of the team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales analytics tools.
