National Highways has an exciting opportunity for two Contract Relationship Managers to join the Operations Control Division. You will be responsible for owning the day-to-day relationship and contract management for operational technology (OT) suppliers supporting delivery of renewals and maintenance activity on the Strategic Road Network, acting as the primary point of contact and escalation route. Also, support stakeholder management across internal departments, ensuring OT supplier activities align with operational needs, safety and service priorities, and wider organisational objectives for the network.
These positions will be based from any of our UK offices with a balance of remote and office-based work.

All to make sure National Highways customers have safer, smoother, and more reliable journeys.
External candidates will be offered a starting salary at the lower end of the pay scale, while current employees will be appointed in accordance with our established pay policy.
