About the Role

We are seeking a Red Hat OpenShift Administrator with expertise in IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) to design, deploy, and manage containerized environments. The role focuses on OpenShift cluster administration, MAS deployment, enterprise integrations, security, monitoring, and automation. The candidate will support on-premises or cloud environments and may be required to travel based on project needs.

Job Description

The role involves installing, configuring, maintaining, and upgrading Red Hat OpenShift 4.x clusters while supporting IBM MAS deployments. The administrator will work with MAS components such as Manage, Monitor, and Predict, ensuring reliable deployments and high availability.

The position also covers cluster security, performance tuning, monitoring, troubleshooting, automation, and CI/CD integration. The candidate will support MAS integrations with ERP, IoT, and external systems, including API gateway and service mesh configurations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, upgrade, and scale Red Hat OpenShift 4.x clusters.
• Deploy and configure IBM MAS using Helm charts and Operators.
• Manage MAS components including Manage, Monitor, and Predict while supporting high availability.
• Implement RBAC, network policies, and container security practices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot OpenShift clusters, MAS pods, persistent volumes, and integration issues.
• Develop automation scripts and support Jenkins/GitOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Support MAS integrations with ERP, IoT, and external systems.
• Manage API gateway and service mesh configurations and perform cluster performance tuning.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in OpenShift administration and IBM MAS deployment, with hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes-based environments, Linux, automation, monitoring, and enterprise integrations.
