Nanny Poppins Agency is a nationwide nanny and domestic staffing firm and collaborative split-placement network specializing in placing highly qualified nannies and household professionals with families and businesses across the country. Our model is built on teamwork with recruiters actively collaborate, share candidates, and support one another to maximize successful placements.
Due to rapid growth, we are expanding our recruiting team and seeking driven, sales-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based, and team-focused environment.
The Opportunity
This is a full-time, remote contract role ideal for experienced recruiters or sales professionals who are motivated by uncapped earning potential. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while working closely with fellow recruiters to share talent, align on roles, and close placements together.
We are looking for individuals who are confident, resourceful, and proactive—those who take ownership of their pipeline while also contributing to a collaborative team dynamic.

Our Candidates are all interviewed face to face, 3-5 professional references are spoken with and documented at length, extensive criminal, driving record and background checking is completed prior to each hire. Full support is available throughout the duration of the placement to ensure that everyone is happy.
