We are seeking a results-driven Contract Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for specialized Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) roles. This position will play a critical role in building high-performing teams across revenue cycle functions, including but not limited to: Patient Access, Medical Coding, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Denials Management, Credentialing, and Revenue Integrity.
The Contract Recruiter will manage the recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning through onboarding, serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, and drive proactive sourcing strategies to attract top RCM talent. This role requires strong industry knowledge, relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
