We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Contracts and Rates Advisor. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with contracts, pricing structures, and administrative processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be comfortable managing competing priorities, and take pride in delivering high-quality outcomes while meeting deadlines and service expectations. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving will be key to your success in this role

What will your day look like?

• Working closely with Site Managers and Business Managers to produce masters and duplicate job orders
• Ensuring jobs orders within portfolio's are contractually accurate and relevant
• Facilitate and assist as required with contract reviews and amendments
• Identifying of major client opportunities
• Adhoc reporting and auditing to ensure contract adherence and compliance
