The Contracts Pricing Analyst delivers data-driven insights that support critical decision‑making across the North American Contract Furniture segment. This role develops intuitive reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics to guide business leadership and cross‑functional teams across Contracts Pricing and Sales Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extract, aggregate, and visualize complex data from multiple sources; build automated reporting to meet business needs.
  • Maintain and enhance net pricing optimization models, ensuring accurate integration into supporting systems under established policies and standards.
  • Produce standardized reporting and ad hoc analyses to identify contract performance trends, pricing issues, and margin opportunities.
  • Deliver periodic business reviews providing insightful and relevant summaries around pricing, discount, cost, and margin data for Contracts leadership.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of underlying business processes, operations, and source applications related to assignments and ongoing responsibilities.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of analytical, data mining, or reporting experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common data query and visualization tools (e.g. Business Objects, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong curiosity and willingness to learn and adopt new tools and technologies, including AI applications (e.g., Microsoft Copilot).
  • Excellent communication, organization, presentation, and stakeholder‑management abilities, with experience supporting both business and IT partners.
  • Proven attention to detail, discipline over data quality, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
