The Contract Performance Manager (CPM) is responsible for overseeing the execution and performance of contractual agreements to ensure compliance with contract terms, service levels, financial objectives, and operational expectations. This role acts as the key liaison between internal stakeholders, suppliers, contractors, and customer to monitor contract deliverables, manage performance issues, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement.
What will you do:
Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and service agreements.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), obligations, milestones, and deliverables for active contracts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related performance issues and escalations.
Coordinate with internal departments such as procurement, legal, finance, operations, and project management.
Identify and address supplier, vendor, or contractor performance gaps and develop corrective action plans.
Review contract changes, amendments, renewals, and extensions to ensure alignment with business needs.
Support governance review meetings and performance reporting.
Assess contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Ensure proper documentation, recordkeeping, and audit readiness for all contract activities.
Analyze contract data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve disputes, claims, and non-performance issues.
Support negotiation preparation by providing performance insights and historical contract analysis.
What will you bring:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field and/or equivalent experience in the power generation industry.
Minimum 5 years of experience in contract terms, performance metrics, and commercial frameworks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
