Contract Negotiator (Site Navigator)

📍 Location: office based, Istanbul or home based

Join our mission to advance clinical research.

We’re seeking an experienced Contract Negotiator to be the go-to expert for site agreements negotiation with sites in Türkiye.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform initial and amended contract and budget negotiations with the sites
• Serve as the primary contact for investigative sites during start-up and maintenance
• Prepare and manage essential regulatory documents for submissions
• Track timelines, flag risks, and support the team with regulatory expertise
• Act as a knowledge resource to train or mentor junior colleagues, when applicable

What You Bring:

• At least 1 year of experience with contract negotiation
• Good knowledge of local procedures (submissions and communication via site portals)
• Good knowledge of MOH tariffs and their implementation in the site budgets
• Degree in life sciences or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving
• Proficient English language skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Turkish MOH regulatory systems and sites portals
