Fortrea is looking for the next Contract Negotiator who will join our team.
of Responsibilities (but not only):
• Perform daily tracking, negotiation and approval of Site Agreements and Site Agreement templates for clinical study teams.
• Identify and escalate issues that must be escalated to manager for review.
• Manage assigned studies with careful compliance with internal processes and procedures.
• Drafts, negotiates, reviews, and processes contracts in accordance with
internal practices and policies.
• Negotiates contractual terms with other contracting parties.
• Provides support to other Site Agreements staff and assists internal staff with contractual inquiries as required.
Preferred Qualifications Include:
• Proficiency with MS Office Programs
• Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and plan
• Good oral and written communication abilities (English and French)
• Experience working in a team environment under time and resource pressures.
