Job Description

Take ownership of workplaces that truly work

What does it take to keep an office not just running—but performing at its best every single day?

As our new Contract Manager, you will be the person who ensures exactly that.

You will take overall ownership of a portfolio of office buildings within your geography, working closely with our two FM partners to ensure everything runs smoothly, efficiently and in line with global standards. From the moment employees walk through the door to long-term maintenance planning, your work will be visible, tangible and highly valued.

Meet your new team

You will join our Global Real Estate & Facility Services (RE&FS) organisation, working closely with Facility Management partners and the business. Together, you will transform everyday operations into great workplace experiences.

You will be based in our Innovation House in Østbirk and be responsible for this location as well as our office location in Kolding.

What you will be doing

In this role, you are not just managing contracts - you are shaping how our workplaces function. As the strategic partner and contract manager for our outsourced Facility Management providers, you oversee service delivery, performance and commercial agreements across both hard and soft services, while the FM partners are responsible for daily operations and maintenance.

As the key on-site contact for workplace matters, you build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure their needs are translated into effective solutions delivered in partnership with our FM providers.

You will, among other things:

  • Take the lead as the primary point of contact for all Real Estate & Facility Services matters
  • Represent your site in global governance forums, connecting local needs with global standards and initiatives
  • Manage and follow up on service contracts and SLAs, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement
  • Identify opportunities to optimise services, cost, and quality

At the same time, you will play a key role in creating structure and foresight:

  • Plan and follow up on maintenance and operational activities
  • Coordinate projects and improvements aligned with regional strategy
  • Maintain strong relationships with landlords, insurers, and business stakeholders
  • Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance, including acting as local fire warden

A role with financial and commercial responsibility

Your decisions will have a real financial impact.

You will work confidently with budgets and cost structures, ensuring transparency and control across all site activities. This includes:

  • Managing budgets, forecasts, and financial follow-up
  • Overseeing procurement and compliance at site level
  • Handling invoice processing and cost tracking
  • Supporting the business with future budget planning for Facility Management

Your ability to connect operational decisions with financial insight will be key to success.

Who we are looking for

You are someone who naturally takes ownership and brings structure to complexity. You enjoy balancing strategic priorities with operational execution, bringing clarity to planning processes, maintaining financial oversight and ensuring consistent follow-up on performance and objectives.

You likely bring:

  • Experience with operation and maintenance of office buildings
  • A strong understanding of contract management and service delivery
  • Solid financial acumen and experience managing budgets and cost control
  • The ability to navigate stakeholders across different levels and functions

And just as importantly, you are:

  • Service-minded and positive, with a proactive mindset
  • Structured and reliable, yet able to act quickly when needed
  • Comfortable working with the Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
