Location: CONUS or OCONUS

Employment Type: Full-Time

The Contract Manager is responsible for overall contract execution, compliance, reporting, staffing, financial management, and coordination with the U.S. Government.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain full responsibility for contract performance IAW the PWS
• Act as primary managerial and contractual POC with the CO and PMO
• Manage staffing, surge capability, and workforce continuity
• Oversee compliance with invoicing, deliverables, and reporting requirements
• Ensure subcontractor and teaming partner performance
• Lead Program Management Reviews (PMRs)
• Ensure Quality Control Plan implementation and corrective actions

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing DoD service contracts
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS concepts
• Demonstrated ability to manage OCONUS operations
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
