Contract Manager PMC (Data Centre)

- KL Based
- 1 year contract (extendable)

What You Will Do
- Take full responsibility for pre- and post-contract administration using the FIDIC contract suite.
- Manage high-value Long Lead Equipment (LLE) procurement.
- Evaluate and negotiate complex contract variations.
- Resolve contractor Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
- Safeguard client cash flows through diligent final account closeouts.

What You Will Need
- Minimum 8 years of experience in construction contract management.
- At least 3 years of experience in high-complexity infrastructure or data center projects.
- Mastery of FIDIC contract conditions
- Strong cost procurement skills.
- Understanding of mission-critical engineering systems.
