Manage assigned contracts through all key stages of the contract lifecycle; coordinate customer needs; maintain and grow the portfolio by promoting Alloga’s expertise and value-added solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage client laboratories with the aim of strengthening loyalty and improving customer satisfaction.
In this context, the Contract Manager role consists of:
- Facilitating client relationships for contract monitoring, steering committees, client audits, etc.
- Reviewing potential additional requests, negotiating the sale of new services, and managing contract amendments.
- Understanding customer needs and expectations and relaying them internally as part of a project management role.
- Ensuring the proper execution of the contract and managing all events or changes that may arise.
- Sustaining the relationship and developing accounts by promoting expertise and proposing value-added solutions: preparing offers, monitoring P&L, and renegotiating contracts.
Depending on the different phases of the contract lifecycle, the detailed responsibilities are as follows:
- Ensuring the handover with the Business Development department.
- Managing and drafting contract validation documents.
- Coordinating contract implementation.
- Supporting teams to validate that implementation complies with requirements.
Daily activities:
• Act as the internal and external point of contact for contracts
• Analyze and validate customer performance indicators
• Facilitate customer relationships through steering committees
• Manage customer improvement plans and communicate changes
• Manage contract deadlines
• Analyze case profitability and identify required actions
Business development:
• Present and sell new services
• Identify new customer needs and potential business development opportunities
• Manage proposals
• Market service offerings
• Manage new contractual services
Transfer / Renewal / End of contract:
• Renegotiate contract terms
• Manage contract transfers to another warehouse
• Coordinate disengagement protocols
Cross-functional collaboration:
• Share best practices with the Customer Relations and Business Development departments
• Contribute to standardization tools
• Contribute to the professionalization of Customer Relations
Opportunities:
• Participate in cross-functional projects
