The primary responsibility of this position is to identify and resolve complex legal issues as a member of the company-wide legal team. This role will be responsible for assisting with reviewing, assessing, drafting, negotiating, and revising a broad range of contracts. The position will also work cross-functionally with relevant divisions, marketing managers, agents and other stakeholders to ensure timely routing, approval, and execution of such contracts. You will work closely with the other members of the legal team and will be responsible for providing legal advice and counsel and assisting the Company with identification and implementation of practical business solutions to achieve its goals. The ideal candidate is highly-organized, solutions- and customer service-oriented, pragmatic and proactive in their approach to assigned tasks, and able to work both collaboratively and autonomously. This role will be based in Excel’s New York office.

The pay range for this position is: $100,000- $120,000 per year. This position is also eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus

Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
