Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive recommendations to the Company on how to manage and avoid contractual /commercial conflict as well as being able to provide mitigation strategies should conflict exist.
  • Closely coordinate with the Client, PMC Teams and EPCIC Contractor teams to ensure effective contractual and commercial agreement and timely and quality delivery of the EPCIC contractor Sow.
  • Manage claims and variations and all contract management activities including engagement of corporate legal department where necessary.
  • Engage and built/maintained relationships with the Client, PMC teams and EPCIC contractors
  • Managing the receipt of all contract deliverables for timely work handover and close-out of contracts.
  • Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.
  • Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters.
  • Etc.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Contract Management or related discipline with minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in contracting, of which ten (10) years are in the offshore Oil & Gas industry.
  • Must be able to demonstrate skills / experience for managing and protecting Client and T. EN contractual and commercial positions
  • Experience of managing high value technically complex contracts while ensuring that contractors comply with their contractual obligations.
  • Good project coordination, communication and negotiation skills; able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a project-based environment and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience handling variations, extensions of time, claims, and dispute resolution.
  • Strong understanding of contract administration best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent documentation, reporting, and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capability.
