Under broad direction, incumbent is responsible for the good standing and administration of contracts. Among others, the job&aposs major responsibilities include keeping control of the main obligations derived from the Contracts, keeping track of contractual deliverables being met on time, coordinating actions derived from the contracts that require the support of different category managers; knowledge of corporate policies and best practices, solid knowledge of the local legal system applicable to the contracts, the ability to participate in the negotiation and execution of contracts and amendments to existing agreements from inception to signature, and identifying potential unnecessary risks to the corporation. The job has a key role in the projects&apos success and shall be occupied by a high profile professional. Incumbents must be able to work independently, as their responsibilities could have great impact on business operations. Job requires an undergraduate degree in Economics, Business, or Engineering, and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant industry experience, including contract management, negotiation, or drafting experience.
