The Contract Management Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting equipment lease agreements, ensuring that the commercial terms negotiated by the Sales area are correctly formalized, recorded, and monitored throughout the contract lifecycle. They work in interface with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Legal, ensuring contractual compliance and support for recurring billing.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the complete cycle of equipment rental contracts;

• Verify and validate negotiated commercial conditions (values, deadlines, adjustments, scope and SLA);

• Control contract validity, renewals and adjustments;

• Prepare, review and control contractual addenda;

• Act as a point of contact between Sales, Finance, Operations and Legal;

• Support recurring billing, ensuring adherence to the contract;

• Maintain control and organization of signed contracts and related documents;

• Prepare contractual reports (active contracts, expirations, adjustments);

• Identify contractual risks and opportunities for process improvement.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business Management, Law, Engineering or related fields;

• Experience in commercial contracts or rental contracts;

• Knowledge of B2B sales contracts and recurring billing;

• Advanced level of English;

• Intermediate or advanced level of Excel Advanced;

• Experience with SAP, Power BI, and MS Office.
