Job Description

You’re excited by opportunities to explore your potential and try something new.

You’re called upon to help decision makers identify the options that best match their objectives. This is your opportunity to deliver exceptional services to the people of NSW, create innovative solutions, and foster strong partnerships.

In this role, you'll:

Working as part of a collaborative team, you will support contract activities across the entire lifecycle—from initiation and execution through to performance monitoring, renewals and close‑out—ensuring all activities align with approved governance frameworks and contract management standards.

You will monitor supplier performance and compliance by tracking delivery against KPIs, milestones and service levels, escalating issues or risks when required. Maintaining accurate, accessible and audit‑ready contract documentation will be a key responsibility, ensuring strong record‑keeping and governance.

You will also contribute to the oversight of panel governance and performance, support continuous improvement across commercial practices, and help ensure alignment with NSW Government procurement policies. By working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers, you will help ensure contractual obligations are met, risks are effectively managed, and documentation and reporting reinforce transparency, accountability and value‑for‑money outcomes.
