Contract Management Officer (Temporary)
We are seeking a Contract Management Officer to support the management, negotiation, and administration of complex contracts within a highly regulated environment. You will play a key role in ensuring that contractual agreements are prepared, negotiated, finalized, and monitored effectively while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor contractual agreements and contract renewals.
Prepare, negotiate, finalize, and follow up on contracts in collaboration with legal, operational, and external stakeholders.
Act as the central point of contact for contract-related matters.
Coordinate stakeholders and proactively resolve issues that may delay contract execution.
Support the development and improvement of contract management processes, tools, dashboards, and databases.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures, governance requirements, and approval processes.
Participate in meetings and contribute to practical, solution-oriented recommendations.
Track deadlines, deliverables, and contractual obligations to ensure timely completion.
Requirements
Master's degree in Law, Economics, Business Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in contract management, contract negotiation, or business partnering.
Ability to understand and manage contracts with technical, scientific, or industrial content.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex files simultaneously.
Experience coordinating stakeholders and aligning business requirements with contractual outcomes.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with document management systems, shared mailboxes, and collaboration tools.
Familiarity with modern productivity tools such as OneNote, Copilot, and similar digital platforms.
Languages
Dutch: Professional working proficiency
French: Professional working proficiency
English: Professional working proficiency
Ability to read, write, and review contracts in English.
