Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Management Intern to support our contract administration processes across multiple project sites. This role primarily focuses on providing administrative support in managing agreements, contracts, and related documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper coordination with internal stakeholders across regions.

We are looking for:

1. Final-year student or fresh graduate in Engineering (any discipline)
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
3. Fluent in English, both written and read
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
5. Good communication and coordination abilities
6. Able to work independently as well as in a team
7. Willing to be placed in Jakarta
8. Willing to be contracted for min. 6 months
9. Residing in Jabodetabek area is preferred
