Contract Logistics Clerk

We’re looking for a skilled Contract Logistics Clerk, to play a crucial role in our logistics operations, ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers, customers, and internal teams. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in logistics and transportation, looking to enhance their expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced supply chain environment.

What you’ll do:

• Act as the key link between operations, suppliers, and clients, ensuring smooth execution of logistics processes.
• Manage daily communication and follow-up with domestic transport suppliers.
• Oversee supplier availability and evaluate their performance using KPIs and metrics.
• Handle administrative tasks related to operational follow-up, documentation, and invoicing.
• Work with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Excel (pivot tables, data analysis) to consolidate information and generate reports.
• Implement and maintain global logistics standards within the company.
• Conduct periodic warehouse audits to ensure process compliance.

Your Profile

What we’re looking for:

• 📌 Experience: 3-4 years in logistics operations, transportation or warehouse management.
• 🎓 Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transport Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 💻 Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, WMS, and TMS
• 🌟 Soft Skills: Strong organizational ad problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and proactive mindset.
• 👩‍💻Availability: Hybrid role (3 days in-office) with occasional visits to supplier warehouses.
