
Role Profile & Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Program Leadership
• Support the delivery of a portfolio of complex, high-impact strategic programs, partnering with business and technology leads to maintain momentum and outcomes.
• Translate strategic objectives into practical roadmaps, workplans and governance routines, and track delivery against agreed milestones.
• Maintain visibility across initiatives by coordinating interdependencies, sequencing and key risks, escalating where needed.
• Support change management planning and execution across programs, partnering with business owners and change teams.
Executive Stakeholder Engagement
• Partner with the program managers and program director, and senior stakeholders to structure discussions, clarify decisions needed, and drive follow-through.
• Develop clear senior-level communications (e.g., steering committee and ExCo updates), articulating progress, risks, trade-offs, and decisions required.
• Facilitate alignment across functions to enable timely decision-making and coordinated delivery.
Governance, Risk & Delivery Assurance
• Support and continuously improve program governance routines, delivery standards, and reporting to drive transparency and control.
• Identify, track, escalate, and help resolve strategic, financial, and delivery risks and issues.
• Support project reviews and health checks to assess delivery confidence and benefits realization, and coordinate follow-up actions.
Financial & Performance Oversight
• Support tracking of program financials, including budgeting inputs, forecasting, and variance commentary, partnering with Finance and program owners.
• Maintain disciplined tracking of benefits and KPIs, ensuring alignment to agreed business outcomes.
• Recommend corrective actions and support delivery teams to re-baseline plans where performance deviates.
People & Capability Leadership
• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to project managers and workstream leads (as applicable) through planning, problem-solving, and delivery practices.
• Contribute to building program management and change capability across the organization by sharing standards, templates, and best practices.
Experience
• 2–5 years of progressive experience in strategy, transformation, or program/project management roles.
• Track record supporting or leading workstreams within large-scale transformation programs in complex organizations.
• Prior experience in Big-4, consulting, or equivalent advisory environments strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders (including facilitating decisions and influencing without authority).
• Strong financial, analytical, and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Deep expertise in program governance, delivery assurance, vendor management, and change leadership.
• Ability to operate seamlessly between strategic vision and operational detail (e.g., Finance, Actuarial, Data, or Technology domains).
• Resilient and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to operate in ambiguity.
• Experience with multiple projects at the same time with different interactions and dependencies.
