Our client is a leading High-tech electronics consumer products company, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:
Contract Engineer, Enterprise Business (12-month renewable contract)
Responsibilities
- Managing the implementation and delivery of Enterprise Business services
- Ongoing service account management for key B2B customers
- Develop a clear services specification for each enterprise customer
- Manage the analysis, proposition and implementation phase of product roll out
- Investigate “in field” product technical faults to provide: explanation of route cause, proven technical resolutions, and clear escalation and reporting to HQ
- Set performance criteria across Enterprise Business Service Partner network to ensure high performance
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- 3 years of experience in product supporting
- Good knowledge in Monitor/TV/ AV product
- High proficiency in excel with strong analysis skills
- Hardworking and self-motivated
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
