Maintain signed contract documentation throughout the contract lifecycle by managing amendments, renewals, reminders, and key contractual milestones within the contract management system.
Ensure contract documentation is archived accurately, both electronically and physically where required, in accordance with Goodyear's contract governance and compliance policies.
Monitor contract administration activities to ensure adherence to internal procedures, compliance requirements, and operational standards while supporting EMEA and, when required, other global regions.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance contract administration processes, system utilization, and overall operational efficiency.
