Job Description

Leidos is seeking a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) Coordinator who will engage the Site Activation Team across multiple programs in supporting CDRL deliveries to meet program requirements.

The Contract Data Requirements List Coordinator is responsible for:

  • Organize and Coordinate documentation delivery supporting deployment activities among internal Leidos stakeholders such as Hardware Engineering, Network/System/Software Engineering, Integration, Test, Quality Assurance, Configuration Management, Adaptation, FAA stakeholders, and/or others as applicable.
  • Develop and maintain an integrated schedule which includes updating documentation, coordinating peer reviews, DCA reviews, and contractual deliveries related to the Site Activation Contractual documentation requirements.
  • Oversight of acceptance for associated drawing and documentation approval by the Government.
    • Ensure Government comments are completely addressed and obtain pre-approval of comment incorporation from the commentor prior to re-delivery of the document.
    • Conduct comment adjudication meetings with the Government when necessary.
  • Oversee checkpoint meetings to ensure data is gathered and reviewed by required parties supporting the documentation submission requirements.
  • Update status and communications for the program team leads supporting the program offices.
  • Expect to be supporting multiple programs which may include Kazakhstan, TFDM, TBDM, and ERAM.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 1-2+ years of professional experience
  • US citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint and with AI tools
  • Ability to demonstrate a commitment to personal and corporate excellence, ethical behavior and integrity
  • Experience in team building and customer focus

Desired Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Air Traffic systems, FAA personnel structure, and FAA operations support.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $69,550.00 - $125,725.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
